This job consisted of a 24K SF addition to the existing West Herr Toyota building. OTC provided saw cutting, site cut and export of 6000 CY’s of dirt, sub base and compaction, site utilities including new fire and domestic water service with hot box and RPZs, all storm sewer, new sanitary sewer with oil water separator, interior plumbing excavation and back filling, SOG prep, all paving prep, all concrete prep, and topsoil placement.
